I am a graduate from The Family Institute at Northwestern University with a wide range of experience helping late adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, substance use, grief and loss, trauma, LGBTQ+ identities, relationship concerns and navigating the many additional challenges we may face in life.
Through my education and experiences, I have found my passion lies in building a safe and collaborative space where my clients and I can work together to overcome life’s obstacles. I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a Person-Centered Positive approach, incorporation of mind/body connection, meditation and breathing, and creating life balance. I believe that humans are holistic beings who can discover new things about themselves every day through many areas of their lives beyond emotions alone. Together, we will work to accomplish therapeutic goals while gaining a better understanding of who you are and how you relate to the world around you.
